Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase and if it has not been shipped within that period.
Returns/Exchanges
Pip and Willow will not accept exchanges for those who have a change of mind or if you accidentally ordered the incorrect item.
Pip and Willow will however accept returns & offer exchanges in the rare case that your item is faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@pipandwillow.com.au
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We take a great deal of care to ensure that your package arrives safely, however in the rare case that your item gets damaged or goes missing we are not held responsible.
Please note: Some of our products are natural wooden products; therefore not each disc/memory drop is the same. There will be some imperfections in laser work due to the natural nature of the product. By purchasing, you acknowledged this and no refund will be issued for change of mind.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7days have gone by since your purchase and you have not reported a fault, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Introducing our very own Velvet Santa Sacks with a Personalised Timber Tag. Measuring a generous size of 70cm x 50cm, they are perfect to place at the end of a bed or by the Christmas tree for Santa to fill with some special presents on Christmas Eve.
With a velvet drawstring to seal, they make a great alternative to wrapping presents and are a keepsake that will be cherished year after year.
These are such beautiful quality and will add that extra touch of luxe to your Christmas morning. They are double-lined and made from 100% velvet.
please note: our Christmas cream sack this year is one tone darker than the last year. Also, you are able to choose the different personalisation options like the gold vinyl on the sack or external tags like the arched tag, gold acrylic etc.

- The sack is double-lined velvet with a velvet drawstring.
- Option to add gold vinyl on the sack itself or add a separate tag
- Tag is manufactured out of 3mm timber or gold mirror acrylic, and personalised with laser engraving.

NOTE:
- If you chose the gold vinyl option, please do not use iron on vinyl directly. Spot clean only (otherwise, the vinyl will be ruined and we will not be replacing this for you)
- As our wooden tags are made from a natural product (plywood), please allow for variations in the wood such as patterns, texture, and knots. The texture and pattern will vary from the ones pictured. This is what we love about our tags the most - each set is so unique.
