Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase and if it has not been shipped within that period.
Returns/Exchanges
Pip and Willow will not accept exchanges for those who have a change of mind or if you accidentally ordered the incorrect item.
Pip and Willow will however accept returns & offer exchanges in the rare case that your item is faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@pipandwillow.com.au
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We take a great deal of care to ensure that your package arrives safely, however in the rare case that your item gets damaged or goes missing we are not held responsible.
Please note: Some of our products are natural wooden products; therefore not each disc/memory drop is the same. There will be some imperfections in laser work due to the natural nature of the product. By purchasing, you acknowledged this and no refund will be issued for change of mind.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7days have gone by since your purchase and you have not reported a fault, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

These arch magnets make for a special and meaningful gift for Fathers, Grandfathers, Uncles, Godfathers, Step-Dads, or any other special gentleman in your life. There are 3 designs to choose from and you can add a heartfelt message at the bottom to personalise this year's Father's Day.
Easy and quick photo changes are possible with our open back frames - just stick your photo to the back with an adhesive like sticky tape. This is a truly special keepsake that will be treasured for a lifetime.
What is Included:
- wooden arch plaque with engraving and acrylic. The centre part is open (space for the photo). Just note that there's no backing or clear glass/acrylic at the front.

How to Order:
- Select if you would like with magnets or stand
- Choose the design that you prefer
- Enter the text of how you call your Father/Grandfather/Uncle (Dad, Grandad, Papa)
- Enter the text or message at the bottom.
Notes:
- No proofs will be sent for this item so please make sure everything is correct
- You can print using a 4x6 photo and just cut the extra paper that will exceed the frame.
- This will be in portrait orientation only
- Colour may vary slightly due to different colour monitors.
- As all of our products are handmade by us, please allow 10-15 working days for dispatch (this is for both standard and express postage)
- As our plaques are made from a natural product (plywood), please allow for variations in the wood such as patterns, texture, and knots. The texture and pattern will vary from the ones pictured. This is what we love about our frames the most - each set is so unique.
