Cancellation Policy / Change Of Mind
Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase and if it has not been shipped within that period.
Returns/Exchanges
Pip and Willow will not accept exchanges for those who have a change of mind or if you accidentally ordered the incorrect item.
Pip and Willow will however accept returns & offer exchanges in the rare case that your item is faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@pipandwillow.com.au
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We take a great deal of care to ensure that your package arrives safely, however in the rare case that your item gets damaged or goes missing we are not held responsible.
Please note: Some of our products are natural wooden products; therefore not each disc/memory drop is the same. There will be some imperfections in laser work due to the natural nature of the product. By purchasing, you acknowledged this and no refund will be issued for change of mind.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7days have gone by since your purchase and you have not reported a fault, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

- The diameter of the plaque is approximately 21cm
- You can select to have holes with rope for easy hanging, an easel for displaying on a desk or bedside table, magnets for a fridge, or none of the above for a stand-alone plaque.
- Manufactured out of 3mm plywood, with laser engraving
- All other items in the images are not included
- Designed and made in Australia
How to Order:
- Select the fixing method - No holes or fixing, Holes with Rope, Easel (additional cost) or Magnets (additional cost)
- Type in the text box who the plaque is for in the text box provided. (Eg. Dad, Daddy, Pa, Poppa, Grandad etc.)
- Select if the plaque is for a single child or multiple children - this will determine how the verse is written. Eg. Me or Us, Hand or Hands, etc.

- ype in the text box who the plaque is from in the text box provided so that we can put "Love *****" at the end.
- We will automatically add the 'Happy Father's Day XXX' (the current year ex. 2024)

NOTE: As our Drawing Plaque is made from a natural product (plywood), please allow for variations in the wood such as patterns, texture, and knots. The texture and pattern will vary from the ones pictured. This is what we love about our plaques the most - each set is so unique.

I wish I could attach a photo but this activity was so fun and quick with my children (2.5yo 6 month old).
I initially bought this for their Saba who is overseas for Father’s Day. He can’t come fly here because of the current world status but we shipped this off to him!
However after packing it I realised I need to get one for dad (even though his gifts are sorted!) and my dad, their opa
Man! Even I want one 🤣
I’ve tried the ink prints and honestly they are annoying a hit and miss or constant trial and error but 0 mess
You’d think with paint being messy this wouldn’t work but it does and it’s SO beautiful!
