Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase and if it has not been shipped within that period.
Returns/Exchanges
Pip and Willow will not accept exchanges for those who have a change of mind or if you accidentally ordered the incorrect item.
Pip and Willow will however accept returns & offer exchanges in the rare case that your item is faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@pipandwillow.com.au
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We take a great deal of care to ensure that your package arrives safely, however in the rare case that your item gets damaged or goes missing we are not held responsible.
Please note: Some of our products are natural wooden products; therefore not each disc/memory drop is the same. There will be some imperfections in laser work due to the natural nature of the product. By purchasing, you acknowledged this and no refund will be issued for change of mind.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7days have gone by since your purchase and you have not reported a fault, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

How To Order:
- For the frame - determine if you would like the oak-look, white or black frame
- Upload your photo in either portrait or landscape orientation only (no square photos please)
- You can choose between coloured or black & white photo
Notes:
- You will receive a physical product with frame, glass and 3 photos printed on photo paper that are already attached to the frame.
- Engraving on the photo frame - the engraving appears somewhat black/brown (due to the laser burn) for the oak-look wood and white frame then in-filled with white paint for the black frame.
- Portrait orientation in photos means that the picture is taller than it is wide. Imagine holding a piece of paper upright, where the longer sides are vertical, and the shorter sides are horizontal. Landscape orientation in photos means that the picture is wider than it is tall. Imagine turning a piece of paper sideways, so the longer sides are horizontal and the shorter sides are vertical.
- Colour may vary slightly due to different colour monitors.
- The frames displayed are for demonstration purposes only and is not part of any digital image.
- As all of our products are handmade by us, please allow 10-15 working days for dispatch (this is for both standard and express postage)
