Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase and if it has not been shipped within that period.
Returns/Exchanges
Pip and Willow will not accept exchanges for those who have a change of mind or if you accidentally ordered the incorrect item.
Pip and Willow will however accept returns & offer exchanges in the rare case that your item is faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@pipandwillow.com.au
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We take a great deal of care to ensure that your package arrives safely, however in the rare case that your item gets damaged or goes missing we are not held responsible.
Please note: Some of our products are natural wooden products; therefore not each disc/memory drop is the same. There will be some imperfections in laser work due to the natural nature of the product. By purchasing, you acknowledged this and no refund will be issued for change of mind.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7days have gone by since your purchase and you have not reported a fault, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

- Photo frame can hold an A4 Photo (21x29.7cm)
- You can choose between oak-look or white fram
- You can choose between coloured or black & white photo (I can change your photo into black and white)
- You can also add engraving on the bottom of the frame
- Designed and made in Australia
How to Order:
- If you choose the framed option - determine if you would like the oak-look or white frame
- Indicate if you want your photo to be in coloured or black and white
- Upload 4 photos with year and description for each photo (Ex 2007 - friends, 2011 Fell in love). The font and style will be similar to the one in the photos and cannot be changed
Notes:
- This will be printed in matte photo paper
- If you choose engraving on the photo frame, the engraving appears brownish or black (due to the laser burn)
