Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase and if it has not been shipped within that period.
Returns/Exchanges
Pip and Willow will not accept exchanges for those who have a change of mind or if you accidentally ordered the incorrect item.
Pip and Willow will however accept returns & offer exchanges in the rare case that your item is faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@pipandwillow.com.au
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We take a great deal of care to ensure that your package arrives safely, however in the rare case that your item gets damaged or goes missing we are not held responsible.
Please note: Some of our products are natural wooden products; therefore not each disc/memory drop is the same. There will be some imperfections in laser work due to the natural nature of the product. By purchasing, you acknowledged this and no refund will be issued for change of mind.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7days have gone by since your purchase and you have not reported a fault, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Our Screwdriver kits make a practical, but meaningful gift for the handy person in your life.
It has your standard Flat Head, and Phillips Head bits, as well as an array of other bits that can be used for children's toys, phones, air conditioners, cameras, glasses, watches - the list goes on...
The screwdriver bits can also be used in a drill (not an impact driver).
A truly special keepsake that can be cherished for a lifetime.
Specifications:
- Size of kit - Approximately 17cm wide x 6.7cm high
- 24 screwdriver bits, as well as a handle.
- It is a magnetic design, so you just need to choose the bit that you need, and put it into the hole of the handle. They then magnet into the storage case.
- The case has a lock-spring into it to lock the bits into the case tightly and securely.
- Made out of S2 steel to prevent oxidizing or rust.
- Anti-sweat, anti-corrosion, wear-resistant, heat resistant, hard and durable.
