Processing time is currently between 1-2 weeks for dispatch (this is for both standard and express postage).

  • All our items are delivered via ATL (Authority to Leave)
  • Upgrading orders to express does not imply that the item will be rushed; it means the couriers will use their express delivery service.

Returns & Exchanges

Cancellation Policy / Change Of Mind

Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase and if it has not been shipped within that period.

Returns/Exchanges

Pip and Willow will not accept exchanges for those who have a change of mind or if you accidentally ordered the incorrect item.

Pip and Willow will however accept returns & offer exchanges in the rare case that your item is faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@pipandwillow.com.au


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We take a great deal of care to ensure that your package arrives safely, however in the rare case that your item gets damaged or goes missing we are not held responsible.

Please note: Some of our products are natural wooden products; therefore not each disc/memory drop is the same. There will be some imperfections in laser work due to the natural nature of the product. By purchasing, you acknowledged this and no refund will be issued for change of mind.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7days have gone by since your purchase and you have not reported a fault, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as: 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery 

Refunds 
Pip and Willow do not offer refunds. 

Our Christmas Boxes are a gorgeous addition to your family's December or Christmas Eve traditions. They will fill your little ones with lots of excitement for Santa's arrival. A keepsake that can be used year after year. 

Simply fill the box with items such as Christmas PJ's, a Christmas movie, Reindeer food, hot chocolate, slippers, or snacks, and leave it out on Christmas Eve! Alternatively, you can deliver the box on December 1st for some extra Christmas magic. We have created these boxes in a generous size to ensure that everything can fit inside one box.

You can either choose to have your child's name engraved on the lid, or your family's surname. Personalise to your heart's desire!

Specifications:

  • Manufactured out of 12mm dressed pine, with a 3mm ply base and a 4mm ply sliding lid.
  • indentation on the box to assist with sliding
  • Engraved with name and/or a text below (could either be a wedding date, location or quote)
  • Designed and made in Australia

    How to Order:

    • Select the design that you would like from the drop menu - Santa Sleigh, Wreath, Deer Forest or Split Snowflake 
    • Enter the name/surname you would like engraved on the box

    NOTE: As these boxes are made from a natural product (pine and plywood), please allow for variations in the wood such as patterns, texture and knots. The texture and pattern will vary from the ones pictured. This is what we love about our boxes the most - each set are so unique.

    Please also note that certain letters of the alphabet will stack on top of one another in the block font (see examples in images). The block font is also all capital letters. This is something that can not be altered.

    The wording from each design can be interchanged, but the layout can not be altered. EG. With the Santa Sleigh design, you can change the wording to 'CHRISTMAS EVE BOX' but the sentence will still stay in the same location on the box - layout CANNOT be altered.

    A family tradition

    We’ve been using these Xmas eve boxes for five years, with three in our family. The kids love them - they fit a pair of PJs, a book, a toy, and other bits and pieces for the month of December. Great quality, and will be lovely keepsakes when the kids move out. Highly recommend
