Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase and if it has not been shipped within that period.
Returns/Exchanges
Pip and Willow will not accept exchanges for those who have a change of mind or if you accidentally ordered the incorrect item.
Pip and Willow will however accept returns & offer exchanges in the rare case that your item is faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@pipandwillow.com.au
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We take a great deal of care to ensure that your package arrives safely, however in the rare case that your item gets damaged or goes missing we are not held responsible.
Please note: Some of our products are natural wooden products; therefore not each disc/memory drop is the same. There will be some imperfections in laser work due to the natural nature of the product. By purchasing, you acknowledged this and no refund will be issued for change of mind.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7days have gone by since your purchase and you have not reported a fault, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

They are hand-made right here in Melbourne and have been designed to ensure easy, practical use for your little one. They have a slot at the top for coins/notes and a sliding base.
Money Boxes are a great way to teach your children how to save and to understand the value of money. They also allow the perfect opportunity to teach your toddler to count, by counting the number of coins they put into their money box.
They are a truly special keepsake that can be carried through a lifetime.

- Manufactured out of 12mm dressed pine, with a 4mm ply sliding base with a thumb groove for easy operation
- External Dimensions - Approx. 184mm x 184mm x 93mm (length x width x height)
- Engraved with the name, and a quote or birthdate
- Designed and made in Melbourne, Australia
How to Order:
- Select the Design that you would like for your money box
- Select the font you would love for the name, and then enter the name in the box provided
- Select if you would like a quote or birthdate engraved on the second line, and then select the font.
- Enter the birth date or quote (note: quote is a maximum of 12 words)
- NOTE: Please ensure you type these exactly as you would like them displayed on the box. We will engrave exactly what you have entered.

NOTE: As these boxes are made from a natural product (pine and plywood), please allow for variations in the wood such as patterns, texture, and knots. The texture and pattern will vary from the ones pictured. This is what we love about our boxes the most - each one is so unique.
